The TMC discount and benefit structure

As a TMC customer you will be rewarded for your loyalty and offered the chance to access a range of benefits and discounts. In 2019 we introduced you to our Partner status. This system applies extra discount and benefits to customers that spend over £20K in a 12 month rolling period.

Now we have the pleasure of offering a further way to receive benefits: The TMC Dealership program.
You can achieve Dealership status per product group simply by spending over a certain level on that category.

You can be a TMC Partner AND/OR a TMC Dealer: if you are already a partner, ask your rep for more information about the discounts available under the Dealership Program.

Qualifying for Dealer status

Dealer status is earned per product category based on your rolling 12-month spend — and reviewed on a regular cadence.

Spend by category

Purchases are tracked per product category on a rolling 12-month basis.

Hit the threshold

Once your rolling spend crosses the category target, Dealer status is applied automatically.

Reviewed regularly

Status is reviewed monthly — you could qualify at any point in the year.

Monthly reviews

Rolling 12-month spend is checked each month. You can achieve or regain Dealer status at any point.

6-month status check

End of March and September: status may be withdrawn if the target hasn't been met. You'll always receive advance warning and have time to increase spend.

How to join?

To take full advantage of the benefits of the Dealership Program you will need to meet the allocated category target value listed on the next page. This target amount is taken from a rolling 12 month spend.

On a monthly basis the rolling 12 month spend will be reviewed giving you a regular chance to move to Dealership status.

Every 6 months (end of March and end of September) it will be possible to lose Dealership status if the target has not been met. Ample notification will be given of any expected changes to enable you to increase spend and retain the Dealership status.

Dealer status is achieved per category. The Equipment umbrella category lets you combine sub-category spend toward a single target.

Includes: aeration equipment, algae reactors, auto top-up systems, biological filtration, calcium reactors, dosing systems, heaters, mechanical filtration, media reactors, ozone generators, protein skimmers, pumps, reverse osmosis systems, sumps, UV filtration and lamps, and lighting.
