Excellent service
Excellent service, had an issue with my pro pond 110uv which I had just purchased. Email TMC & they responded within a couple of hour, apologising for the problem I was having & with some things to check, which did not resolve the issue, I emailed them back to advise that I still had the problem. They then advised they would send me out a replacement part, which arrived the next day & solved the problem.

Recently had a problem with a reef flow 2.0 .6000 having sent photos of the pump they rectified the fault and then sent the replacement part to me very happy for their quick and responsive service, thank you.

Superb aftersale service!
I had an issue with a TMC pump, I reached out to TMC, and couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome, professional, helpful, and a very quick resolution to my problem. If you are debating buying a TMC product, rest assured that the aftersale service is second to none, I personally wouldn't hesitate to buy their products again. Simply put. Superb.
TMC Products all excellent
If only TMC outlets were as good as the company. For answers to questions I had to go direct to TMC. I found the instructions a bit confusing having to read them two or three times. The quality and packaging of all parts was A*. Thank you for all of your patients with my stupid questions. TMC as a company is excellent, you will not be disappointed with the Aquarium etc.

I found a chat link online to TMC. I asked a question about wrasse varieties and compatibility in my reef tank. The next morning i received a reply from Nicola. What a fantastic answer she provided. We exchanged a couple of further questions via email and her response her email reply was back in minutes. I highly recommend TMC and the professional approach from TMC staff. TMC really are the goat!!
I had a couple of issues with some of their gamma frozen food packs, first issue in 10+ years as I don’t doubt their quality but understand issues can happen. Fired them a email and not only did they send replacement food, they sent x3 the amount more, a coral feeding set and some merchandise all free of charge as a gesture. Literally can never fault their customer service and they go way above and beyond to make you feel satisfied and happy. They reassure you and Inform you of every step of their investigation into your problem and explain their findings. Just cannot fault them, ever, in any way!
Reached out for help
One of my Clownfish has been acting odd and looking unwell (sadly passed away). My local fish shops couldn't figure out what was wrong so I decided to reach out to TMC over social media. Within 24 hours I was on a phone call with Matthew. I just wish I had reached out sooner, it's good to know there are big companies out there who care about the animals and their keepers!
TMC Pump
I have a piece of equipment that’s recently started playing up. TMC have offered to replace it free of charge on seeing evidence of it not working how it should. Also given good advice with anything I’ve asked.

Great customer service ethos
I am a retail customer, but contacted TMC in respect of a particular (not widely stocked) species of wrasse that I wanted my local retailer to obtain for me. Dawn was extremely helpful and has arranged for a specimen to be put aside for the retailer's next visit. This was a very good customer experience.

I’ve been working with TMC for around 14 years give or take, and always had truly wonderful one to one service - not easy in an industry as large as ours. Special mention to Wayne and Sales Team, can’t fault them for the dedication and customer service!
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service - they went out of their way to help me. The control unit for my aquarium lights broke and they helped troubleshoot for me. They first sent me a new power supply unit and, when that didn't work, they offered to refund me for the cost of this and found a new control unit for me instead.
Very helpful
Always lots of good stock, easy ordering process, and delivered at a decent time of day. My main day-to-day contact about stock is Wayne, he is always helpful, fast to respond to enquiries, and loves to show off all the new and pretty stock as it becomes available.
Excellent customer service
Had a surplus TMC Ion 30 light which had been unopened and never used. I passed this on to a fellow aquarist but he had trouble with the mounting arm. He thought this was a missing part and customer service was very helpful and sent out the part he had identified. Unfortunately, this wasn't the problem but a screw hole on the arm hadn't been threaded. TMC confirmed the fault from the photographs and immediately sent out a replacement. Excellent service from Dawn at Customer Services who couldn't have been more helpful despite me initially giving her the wrong information! Polite and friendly at all times. Customer service as it should be.
