Tropic Marin Zootonic

Introducing Tropic Marin® ZOOTONIC, a high-quality plankton substitute designed to provide essential nutrients to your marine life. It is a concentrated liquid zooplankton substitute that supplies all the vital nutrients such as amino acids, highly unsaturated fatty acids, and vitamins.

The shellfish included in our formula provide high-quality amino acids, highly unsaturated fatty acids, and vitamins. This easy-to-dose liquid solution is perfect for soft corals, LPS, SPS, and other filter feeders.

Ingredients include crustaceans and glycerol. To use, simply shake the bottle well before use. Depending on the size of the bottle, either attach the enclosed hose to the syringe and measure the desired amount of ZOOTONIC or turn the pump head counterclockwise until it pops out. Pressing the pump head once is equivalent to 1 ml.

Begin with a daily dose of 0.1 ml per 100 l (26 US-gal) of aquarium system volume and increase the dose when necessary. For the best possible distribution in the aquarium, Tropic Marin® ZOOTONIC should be dosed several times a day into the flow of the pump. A daily dose of 0.5 ml per 100 l (26 US-gal) of aquarium system volume should not be exceeded.

Store the bottle tightly sealed, in a cool and dark place. Refrigerate after opening to prolong shelf life. We also recommend Tropic Marin® PRO-CORAL ZOOTON and Tropic Marin® PRO-CORAL PHYTON for stony corals and other zooplankton feeders. To check the nutrient concentrations and for supplying living micro-plankton, we recommend the effective bio-reactor Tropic Marin® BIO-ACTIF REACTOR 5000 in conjunction with the NP-BACTO-TRICKS as a filler or a fluidised bed sand filter (e.g. TMC BioReact 500/1000), in conjunction with the Tropic Marin® NP-BACTO-PELLETS.
