Delivery Information
All in stock orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day (excluding pallet deliveries, livestock & unless otherwise stated). Your order will be shipped via the delivery method selected at checkout. If you have selected to choose your delivery day your order may be held by our warehouse team ready for dispatch on the appropriate day. Each order will be issued with an estimated dispatch date at checkout. If your order contains an item that is out of stock or an item that needs to be ordered in for you, we will always aim to ship your order on or before this date. If for any reason your order encounters a delay we will contact you via telephone or email to discuss. If we are unable to get hold of you, we may ship the order at the earliest opportunity. Upon your order being shipped, you will be notified via email and/or SMS depending on service selected, providing you with your tracking details. (please note that tracking details may not be available for pallet or some services)
In Stock Products

Estimated Dispatch Date

Order Dispatch


Upon your order being shipped, you will be notified via email and/or SMS depending on the service selected, providing you with your tracking details. (please note that tracking details may not be available for pallets or some services)
Free Delivery


Some products may qualify for free delivery, subject to a minimum spend threshold, and dependent on shipping location. This will be shown on checkout. Note packing charges may still apply.
Pallet Delivery


Please be aware that ALL PALLET deliveries will be a curb-side drop. If the items you have ordered as large or heavy we would advise that you have someone one hand to help you into the house with your goods.
Tropical Marine Centre B2C Returns Policy
At Tropical Marine Centre, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring a smooth process for all customers.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The item is faulty or defective.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The incorrect item was received.
- The customer has changed their mind (subject to conditions outlined in Section 3).
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@tropicalmarinecentre.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
3. Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for unwanted items, provided:
- The return request is made within 14 days of receipt.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The customer covers the return shipping cost.
Certain items, such as perishable goods orders, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
A refund will be processed for the value of the product (exc. carriage costs) once the item is received and inspected.
4. Returning Your Order
Returns should ideally be made to the retailer from which the item was originally collected.
Alternatively, we can arrange a paid collection service, or the item can be returned directly to the TMC Head Office in UK or Europe:

5. How to Return an Item

6. Refunds & Replacements
- Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Items: Once inspected and confirmed, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
- Change of Mind Returns: A refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. The refund will be made to the same account or bank card used for the original purchase.
Any proceeds or commissions paid to retailers under the Support Your LFS programme will be reversed once the refund has been issued.
7. Warranty Claims
For items covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we will facilitate repairs or replacements in line with the warranty terms. Please provide proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.
