... how pleased we are to be dealing with TMC again. We have been to your Chorleywood Site 2 or 3 times and are very happy with what we are getting – it is surprising how much difference it makes compared to imported items.  I still have the issue of wanting to buy everything for our display tanks, but I am managing to keep myself under control so far.

Thank you for taking the chance to repair this relationship. I appreciate it was a bit of a risk, but the cash and carry works really well for us, so if we continue in this same vein than I cant for see any issues as we go forward. I also wanted to say how your team were so friendly and helpful. It was nice to see a few old faces (no one actually said ‘Oh No not you again!’) but the people I hadn’t met before could not be nicer and more willing to help.
