A: Yes, you can choose one invoice per shipment or a single invoice for all shipments for the day to simplify paperwork.
Q6: How are prices calculated?
A: Trade prices and your standard discounts apply. Bulk purchase discounts apply per order. A 5% service surcharge applies to each product.
Q7: Who handles delivery issues or damaged goods?
A: Our carriers are liable for goods up to a certain value. Credits are issued once a claim is successfully processed, and damaged items are returned with photos.
Q8: Can TMC communicate directly with my customers?
A: No. All communication must go through your team. TMC will only liaise with your assigned representative or London office.
Q9: Which regions are supported?
A: This service is available in Great Britain and the EU. It is not currently available in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
Q10: How do I get daily stock updates?
A: Every morning at 6 AM, you’ll receive a stock update email from info@tropicalmarinecentre.co.uk reflecting our London stock position.
